Launching a Crisis Response Church Network in your City

Thank you for your interest in United in Crisis! Here are the recommended next steps to launch a church network in your city:

  • Identify a spirit-led, man or woman of God, who God is calling to be a full-time Executive Director (ED) to launch and lead a Crisis Response Church Network.
  • UIC will meet with ED, or potential candidates to cast vision for UIC and cities joining the global network (UIC expectations/UIC deliverables).
  • UIC strongly recommends the ED raise up a Leadership Steering Committee around themselves before getting trained. In fact, Steering Committee members may want to join the training too.
  • ED and Leadership Steering Committee fly to Missouri for the 4-Day Intensive Training
  •  Apply for UIC’s 12-Month Advanced Course scholarship.
  • Once approved, UIC will coach and equip the leadership through the 12-Month Advanced Course.
  • Month 1-3: Build Network Foundation and Infrastructure.
  • Month 4-6: Launch Church Network and Volunteer Training.
  • Month 7-9: Develop Crisis Response Deployment Infrastructure and Annual Fundraiser.
  • Month 10-12: Fortify key areas with a time-tested approach to sustaining and growing your city’s new Crisis Response Church Network.
