4-DAY INTENSIVE COURSE: LAUNCHING A CRISIS RESPONSE CHURCH NETWORK (CRCN)
A UIC foundational course designed for the leadership of your Crisis Response Church Network; Executive Directors and/or candidates, Board members, Steering Committee Members. This course lives up to its name, ‘intensive’! Four full days of classroom instruction including, learning the five building blocks for launching a network, developing the network infrastructure of churches, recruiting and training volunteers, emotional care strategies for crisis response, and deploying to a crisis.
12-MONTH ADVANCED COURSE: STEP BY STEP 12-MONTH TRAINING TO LAUNCH A CRCN
Secure a firm foundation for your city’s new Crisis Response Church Network™ by enrolling in this Advanced Course. Invite a UIC Coach to work with you and your Leadership Steering Committee and/or Board of Directors over the next 12-months using a successful implementation roadmap that applies all the knowledge you acquired during the Intensive Course. Allow UIC to assist you and your leadership team, step by step in forming the organizational infrastructure, developing valuable relationships with local churches, training volunteers, building vital volunteer core teams to develop deployment infrastructure, launching your marketing and fundraising plan, and implementing valuable strategies that allow you to respond compassionately to crises in your city.
*This Advanced Course is generously funded by donations through a scholarship program. To qualify to apply for the Advanced Course Scholarship, you must first complete the Intensive Course and pass a panel interview session. Here are a few of the pre-requisites for the Advanced Course Scholarship:
- File IRS Form 1023 to apply for 501c3 nonprofit status, or equivalent within your country’s government (includes establishing Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Board).
- Open a Bank Account in the organization name.
- Provide the full names of the first five members of your Senior Prayer Team.
- Provide the full names of the first five members of your Leadership Steering Committee.
- Raise $10,000 towards travel expenses and CRCN start-up costs for the 6-Week “hands-on” training.
